#MSCA Postdoctoral Researcher at IIM-CSIC | SUCCEPHS: A Pathway Towards Sustainable Use and Conservation of Cephalopods My research has increasingly been interdisciplinary, focusing on small-scale fisheries, sustainability and social equity. My research goals are guided to improve fisheries governance for supporting sustainable and equitable use of marine resources. I am culturally sensitive professional with ability to build meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. During my professional path, I've gained valuable skills in project management, writing, reporting, as well as in science communication and dissemination. I have collaborated in over 15 projects with researchers from several institutions worldwide, conducting research in Latin America, Europe and Africa. I am a member of the Working Groups on Cephalopod Fisheries and Life History (WGCEPH) and Social Indicators (WGSOCIAL) of the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES).
