Economic Management Area

The Economic Management area is responsible for most economic matters at the IIM. Here, all the center's accounting processes are handled, including payment of invoices and work-related trips and expenses. It is also responsible for authorizing purchases.

Main Responsibilities

• The area acts as our financial and payment office. It supports the IIM staff, especially  new employees, in all procedures related to purchases and supplier payments.
• Drawing up the IIM’s economic budget and managing its budget and income.
• Management of internal accounts for research projects.
• Payment of trips and expenses made chargeable to internal accounts.
