Prevention & Occupational Hazards Committee
Towards the implementation of a culture of prevention at work.
The Prevention & Occupational Hazards Committee is responsible for promoting the health & safety of employees by identifying, assessing and controlling their work-related hazards and risks, in addition to promoting the development of activities and measures to prevent any risks derived from their work.
Therefore, the committee complies with Law 31/1995, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, always maintaining two fundamental principles that define the CSIC's occupational risk prevention policy, which are Continuous Improvement and Integration of Preventive Activities at All Levels.
