Pre-doctoral and post-doctoral opportunities

Take your research career to the next level at the IIM-CSIC. Our institute offers opportunities to embark on and develop a scientific career in the field of marine research, through calls for doctoral training, research contracts and programmes to recruit research staff.

Pre-doctoral opportunities are aimed at those wishing to undertake a doctoral thesis and gain specialised training in research. Postdoctoral opportunities enable those who have already obtained a doctorate to continue developing their scientific career, broaden their research experience and contribute to new projects and lines of research.

Calls for applications may be linked to research projects, CSIC’s own programmes or initiatives funded by other organisations and institutions. The requirements, conditions and deadlines vary depending on each call.
