Sneak into food preservation industries, food markets and even Vigo’s fish market, one of the largest and most important in Europe, while learning from the best experts in the field. The script for this comic was written in close collaboration with IIM-CSIC researchers Xosé Antón Vázquez Álvarez, Luis Taboada Antelo, Mónica Carrera Mouriño, Manuel Pazos Palmeiro, Marta López Cabo, Luisa Martínez Lorenzo and Carmen González Soutelo. The comic was produced with Xosé Pintado Valverde as scientific coordinator, Gabriela Ojeda Romano as technical coordinator, Gabriela Ojeda Romano & Antonio Diosdado Aragón as scriptwriters, Jaime Amaro Blanco & Dolores Domínguez Vázquez as technical support and Jesús E. Minguet as illustrator.
This is the second comic published in the “Marine Science Comics” series, a project of 4 comics by IIM-CSIC that received financial support from CSIC’s General Foundation (Fundación General CSIC) for its first two publications.
