IGENTAC – Participation Guide

At the Institute of Marine Research – CSIC we are looking for citizen collaboration in the iGENTAC research project. If you are in Galicia, dive or fish, and have a camera, you can join the project! Interested?

The iGENTAC project aims to contribute to the monitoring of coastal species by developing minimally invasive tools that make it possible to distinguish between specimens of the same species. With this guide you can find out more details about how to participate in the project as a citizen.

This guide is part of a project co-funded by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, specifically within the iGENTAC project, carried out with the collaboration of Fundación Biodiversidad, of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, through the PLEAMAR PROGRAMME, co-funded by the EMFF. It also has the Maritime-Terrestrial National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia as an essential collaborator.
