NuTEC Project | Presentation of results
The final day and presentation of the results of the NuTEC project, for the improvement in the assessment of cetacean populations, will take place next Monday in the main Salón Nobre of the Institute of Marine Research, in Bouzas.
Next 27th February, there will be a presentation of the main results obtained in the NuTEC Project - !New molecular and remote control technologies for the evaluation of cetacean populations", in the noble hall of the Institute of Marine Research - CSIC HQ in Bouzas (Vigo).
The project, which started in 2020, is coordinated by the IIM-CSIC with the collaboration of the Spanish Institute of Oceanography (IEO-CSIC) from its Oceanographic Centre in Vigo.
Part of the project team will be present on the day: Graham J. Pierce (IIM-CSIC), Josep Rotllan Moragas (IIM-CSIC), Paula Suárez Bregua (IIM-CSIC/IEO-CSIC), Camilo Saavedra (IEO- CSIC) and MIguel Álvarez González (IEO-CSIC).
The entire event will be broadcasted online, through a room set up for that purpose which will be available on the same day of the broadcast. Access will be granted through the button located at the top of this page.
For on-site attendance, registration is highly recommended as the capacity is limited. No access will be granted to not-IIM staff after 10 minutes of starting the session.
The NuTEC project was financed by the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge through the Biodiversity Foundation.
