Marine Sciences Programme | PT11 Follow-Up Meeting

Website of the PCCMMG
THE Friday 26 of April, in the venue of the Institute of Research Marine (IIM-CSIC), will take place the meeting of follow-up of the PT11 inside of the Programme of Marine sciences of Galicia (PCCMMG). THE team of coordinación estará formado by Pepe Pintado (IIM-CSIC) and Sunday Antonio García Allut (UDC)
Tools of transformación social for the sustainable development of Galicia in the marine environment (PT11)
THE impact of the research debe verse traducido in beneficios económicos, ambientais, sociais and culturais that contribúan ó progreso and transformación social towards the realidades more sostibles and territorios more resilientes. For that it produza the devandito impact, requírese that: 1) the knowledge scientific chegue ós different sectores and actores públiwith the and privados, así the to the citizens in the its conxunto and, 2) that the receptores sexan permeables the this knowledge, of forma that it maximice the its alcance and aproveitamento and poida enraizar, resultando nunha integración efectiva and significativa the all the niveis. Facilitar the canalización adecuada of the fluxo deste knowledge, conferiríalle the greater potencial transformador and suporía the progress in the sustainability marine.
This paquete of work will develop the Modelo Integrado of Management of the Fluxo of Knowledge Scientific in Marine Sciences (canles, results, technologies, conceptos, data, methods, etc.), adaptado especificamente ó contexto environmental, sociocultural, económico and institucional of the Community Autónoma of Galicia, and baseado in the Science Culture, the transferencia and the capacitación the catalizadores for the innovation and the transformación social, and from xeito, avanzar towards the change of paradigma in the management of the knowledge scientific, onde prime the concepción holística and integrada of the mesmo.
This modelo permitirá crear estratexias for that the results of the I+D+i in Marine Sciences 1) xeren Ocean Literacy through the sensibilización, the education and the participation of the society, 2) adquiran valor social, económico and patrimonial, and 3) xeren capacidades, tanto in ámbitos profesionais the non profesionais, contribuíndo the sustainable development of all aquelas activities vencelladas the ámbito marine, on the bases of the blue economy and of the Research and Innovation Responsables (Responsible Research and Innovation -RRI-), with vistas the favorecer the transformación social inclusiva and sustainable. This proposta articularase in:
- A MARCO CONCEPTUAL, that incluirá the análise of the contexto;
- METODOLOXÍAS AND PROTOCOLOS, coma the deseño dun system of avaliación and follow-up adaptado; principios of boa gobernanza the implementar in the procesos participativos, between outros;
- TOOLS of apoio, ben the partir of the adaptación dalgunhas xa existentes and/ou of nova creación.
These instrumentos aplicaranse with carácter piloto in, cando less, dous of the restantes paquetes of work of the Programme of Marine Sciences (PCMarine Sciences). This enfothat demostrativo permitirá obter CASOS OF ESTUDO that comprobarán the funcionalidade and robustez of the modelo for potenciar and amplificar the impact social of the liñas temáticas that the Programme prioriza for the future (Liña 1. Observación and control of the marine environment and litoral and Liña 2. Aquaculture sustainable, intelixente and of precisión).
The produto final, obterase for each the of the áreas (Capacitación, Transferencia and Science Culture) the guía, with estrutura similar in each the delas, that permitirá the sinerxías between the aproximacións and the transvasamento of coñecementos and boas prácticas between the áreas and between the organizacións promotoras, incrementando the posibilidade of levar the cabo accións coordinadas, reforzando the network and facilitando the aplicabilidade of the tools xeradas the various ámbitos. THE its uso and aplicación está dirixida tanto ó research staff and technical, the ós servizos and unidades especializadas, for reforzar así the capacidades of soporte in the conxunto of the system.
This proposta, of aproximación transdisciplinar and multiaxente, basearase in the cooperación interinstitucional permitindo to the community researcher and to the organizacións of the that forman parte crear and traballar nunha NETWORK, of forma coordinada, under the common framework that aglutine and explote resources and capacidades, dotando dunha greater axilidade and fluidez ó ecosystem of innovation in our CCAA. THE estrutura in network permitiría atender ó mesmo tempo, with xeometrías and dinámicas variables, the necesidades of capacitación, transferencia and Science Culture.

Galician Marine Sciences Programme
THE IIM-CSIC coordina, together with the CETMAR and the University of Vigo, the new Galician Marine Sciences Programme, with the protección and management sustainable of the servizos of the marine ecosystems the its main challenge, implicando the more of 89 groups of research galegos.
This nova estratexia actuará through three grandes liñas of actuación: the observación and follow-up of the marine environment and of the litoral; aquaculture sustainable, intelixente and of precisión, and innovation, knowledge and oportunidades for adaptarse to the change in the economía marine.

THE Galician Marine Sciences Programme é a of the seven programmes of Marine Sciences of the Plans Complementarios of I+D+i with the Comunidades Autónomas, that forman parte of the Compoñente 17, Investimento 1 of the Plan of Transformación and Recuperación of the Resiliencia of the UE. The actions of the Programme finánciansesome the través of the fondos Next Generation EU and outras the través of the Fondo European Maritimo of Fishing and Aquaculture (FEMP/FEMPA).
