SeaFood-Age | Final Conference & Brokerage Event
The event, which will take place on 19 and 20 October in Vigo in person, will consist of two days of talks, group discussions and targeted interviews.
The first day will focus initially on technical results and will be more science-oriented. The second part will be aimed at presenting industrial achievements. It will include contributions from Xosé Antón Vázquez (IIM), Carla Pires, Rogério Mendes and Maria Sapatinha (IPMA), Eva Balsa-Canto (IIM), Carmen G. Sotelo (IIM), Maria J. Sousa Gallagher (UCC), Marta Lopez (IIM), Harri Määttä (OAMK), and other members of the SeaFood-Age consortium.
The final conference and brokerage event will provide a space to present the project results, promote collaboration between partners and stakeholders, and explore opportunities linked to marine-origin food products, innovation, ageing and sustainability.
