SEATraces Exhibition lecture series is an activity promoted by the CSIC through the Food Biochemistry Group at the IIM. This initiative is part of the European SEATRACES project, led by the same research group.

This lecture series aims to provide all participants with information on the two main aspects on which the research project is based:  traceability and labelling, as tools to highlight the value of seafood products.
