Occupational Health and Safety Committee

  • Comités

Towards the adoption of a culture of prevention at work.

The Occupational Health and Safety Committee is responsible for promoting staff safety and health by identifying, assessing and controlling the hazards and risks associated with their work, as well as encouraging the development of the activities and measures needed to prevent work-related risks.

In this way, the committee complies with Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention, while always maintaining two fundamental principles that guide CSIC’s occupational risk prevention policy: continuous improvement and the integration of preventive activity at all levels.
